Step 1: Installation and Setup
Kick off by logging into your Shopify admin panel. Navigate to the Shopify App Store and search for 'Experify Social Reviews'. You can also find it here: https://apps.shopify.com/experify-connect
This app boasts a "forever free" version and simplifies setup with an automatic default widget creation for your store. This means you can start collecting and displaying customer stories right away, providing real, relatable content for prospective buyers.
Step 2: Activating Experify on Your Store Theme
Ensuring that Experify is activated on your Shopify theme is crucial for the proper display of reviews. You can do this directly from Experify’s onboarding page. Just follow the setup and onboarding instructions provided after installing the app, and you’ll be ready in a few clicks.
Step 3: Start Collecting Social Reviews
Gathering fresh customer stories is straightforward with Experify.
In your Shopify app checkout the “Invite Customers” tab, where we provide best practices and templates for your lifecycle campaigns. It is best practice to conduct an introductory campaign, where you announce your new Experify Social Reviews program to all your existing customers.
