Q4 can undoubtedly be a hectic time, but here at Experify, we've harnessed that energy into some much-needed product updates. Let's dive into what we've just released for this quarter!
New conversion attribution time windows
You can now access attribution data in 3-day, 2-week, or 30-day time frames easily. You can find this data on the new Conversion Analytics tab, which along with the new Plugin Analytics tab, has replaced the Engagement and Conversations tab on the dashboard.
Conversation Summaries and Sentiment
One of the most frequent requests from our customers is more transparency into conversations that are happening about their products. Our new feature, Conversation Summaries and Sentiment, allows you to gain valuable insights into the interactions between your Locals and customers. Aside from summaries of each conversation, discover topic tags that highlight recurring themes in conversations and a clear sentiment rating, ranging from positive to unhappy. With this, you'll be able to understand the customer's mood at a glance.
Why is this important? Unlocking the power of customer conversations empowers you to make data-driven decisions and enhance your understanding of your audience. Whether you want to identify areas for improvement, celebrate positive experiences, or take immediate action where needed, these conversation insights will help you take charge of your brand's customer engagement.
Displaying Reward Request Messages
Experify is now displaying accompanying messages along with reward requests from Locals. We believe that transparency is key, and by providing this extra information, we aim to create a more open platform where everyone has access to the details they need. Previously, no details were shared about these messages when submitting reward points. We've changed that to ensure that you have all the information necessary to make informed decisions.
Self-Serve Functionality for Products and Rewards
We understand that time is valuable, and that's why brands can now add and update products or rewards without solely relying on Experify. By giving you the flexibility and independence to make updates when you need to, you’re not relying on someone else’s business hours to get things done. Manage and modify your content, saving time and maintaining full control without depending on anyone else.
A More Lightweight Onboarding Flow for Locals
We recently rolled out a simplified onboarding process, and we've seen a remarkable 20% increase in completed Local profiles. We owe this success to the various improvements we've made. First, we've simplified confirmation screens and made the copy more concise, making it easier and faster for Locals to add product details. Second, Locals can now conveniently upload both product and profile photos from the same location where they complete verification. And finally, after adding one product, Locals can continue to add any additional products they own. These improvements have made the process even more user-friendly and efficient.
