If you’re using Experify’s reward program, you’ll get notified about requests for reward redemptions by email, and be able to view them right in the Experify platform. Reward fulfillment needs to be done outside of Experify, but you can review the requests and update the status from your dashboard.
Navigate to Rewards > Reward orders.
On this page, you’re able to view information about who requested the reward, which reward they’ve requested, and when they requested it. You can click into any request on the list to expand the view.
All reward requests appear with a pending status. From this page, you can change the status to Rejected, or indicate you’ve fulfilled the order by choosing Sent.
