How to archive or delete products
Products are not able to be deleted from Experify, instead, you’ll need to archive them. Archived products can be unarchived at any time.
To archive a product:
Click Product Settings under the Experify Connect menu.
From this page, click the overflow menu (the three dots) to the right of the product listing.
On the Edit product page, click the button that says Archive Product.
You’ll be presented with a warning message asking if you’re sure you want to archive the product. Click to confirm, and you’ll be brought back to the main product page.
If you want to unarchive a product, use the filter at the top of the page to change from “Published” to “Archived” products.
