Interaction analytics
Interaction analytics is a page you can find under the Analytics tab in your dashboard. You can change the timeframe in which you'd like to view the data, but it will default to last month's data. The following data points are displayed:
Conversations started
This displays the overall number of contact requests ever sent to your customers via Experify
New conversations started
This shows the number of contact requests via Experify during the timeframe selected.
New reward points
This shows the sum of new reward points requested during the timeframe selected.
