Plugin analytics

Plugin analytics is a page you can find under the Analytics tab in your dashboard. You can change the timeframe in which you'd like to view the data, but it will default to last month's data. The following data points are displayed:

Shoppers reached

This displays how often Experify was part of the shopper’s journey on your website during the selected timeframe.

Average engagement (seconds)

This displays the average time spent in the plugin (in seconds) per session.

Total engagement (minutes)

This displays the total engagement with the plugin (in minutes)
