What are point requests?
When one of your customers connects with a shopper to talk about the product they own, they are able to request reward points for the interaction.
There are three types of interactions:
A chat is worth 15 points, a video chat is worth 25 points, and a meeting is worth 50 points. When a customer interacts with a shopper, they can submit a request for the reward points they've earned.
Note: Currently, there is no way to adjust the amount of points offered per interaction.
